Samya || Ice Blue Abaya || Lustrous Nida Fabric

I ordered their ice blue abaya, abaya was somehow nice but they posted the matching scarf with their abaya. I didn't receive the matching scarf. So i contacted them on whatsapp and told them abt the issue and sent them a video too. First they gave me excuses and asked me for extra money and DC for matching scarf then they agreed that it was their mistake and they will dispatch a new scarf tomorrow. But its been 4-5 days i am texting them daily they are not even replying my message. Inshort their customer service is very poor, don't waste your HALAL money on such bastards.
